The Federal government has declared Tuesday July 5th and Wednesday July 6th public holidays to commemorate the Eid-el Fitri Celebration.

The Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Dambazau, announced in a statement he released today that the Federal Government has declared Tuesday July 5th and Wednesday July 6th public holidays to commemorate the Eid-el Fitri Celebration In Nigeria.

Well Enjoined, all Muslim faithful and Nigerians in general to extend the spiritual benefits of Ramadan, which is love, peace and justice to their daily living and through this contribute to the development of the nation, Nigeria.

Eid-ul Fitr Also known as Eid-al Fitr or Eid-el Fitri is an important Sallah Break celebration for Muslims, marking the end of the month-long fast during Ramadan and marks the beginning of the new month Shawwal.
